Orders placed on private accounts or restricted content may be marked as completed automatically without delivery. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
For partially completed or canceled orders (except private accounts), the unused balance will automatically be refunded to the user's account balance.
Services labeled as non-guaranteed or bot services may experience drops at any time.
Delivery speed and start time displayed in service descriptions are estimated averages and are not guaranteed.
Orders related to adult content, gambling, illegal services, violence, or prohibited content may be canceled without refund.
Balances added to the system are non-refundable.
Users must not change usernames, profile links, or privacy settings before orders are completed.
ozsm.net is not responsible for incorrect links submitted by users.
Refill Policy
Services marked with refill guarantee may allow refill requests during the refill period stated in the service description.
Profiles must remain public during the refill period to be eligible for refill.
Refill requests will only be accepted if delivery is lower than:
Start Count + Ordered Quantity
Changing usernames or links after placing an order may void refill eligibility.
Refill options generally become available 24 hours after the order is completed.
Each order is evaluated individually.
Responsibilities
ozsm.net is not responsible for social media platform bans, post removals, algorithm updates, or account restrictions that affect service results.
We only guarantee delivery of the amount specified in the service description.
Users must not share their account credentials with third parties.
Fraudulent activity, abuse of the system, or illegal use may result in permanent account suspension without refund.
Social media platform updates may cause delays or interruptions in service delivery.

• incorrect links submitted by users
• private or restricted accounts
• services without refill guarantee
