By registering and placing an order on ozsm.net, you automatically agree to all the Terms of Service listed below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our platform.

• ozsm.net reserves the right to change, update, or discontinue any service, pricing, or policy at any time without prior notice.
• Users are responsible for account security. Any misuse may result in account suspension without refund.
• All intellectual property (design, logos, code) is protected by copyright laws.

2. Service Conditions

• Duplicate Orders: Do not place multiple orders for the same link before the first one is complete. This may cause balance loss for which we are not responsible.
• Private Accounts: Orders on private/restricted accounts may be marked "Completed" without delivery. No refunds will be issued.
• Partial Delivery: Unused balances for partially completed or canceled orders (except private accounts) are automatically returned to your ozsm.net balance.
• Guarantees: Services labeled "non-guaranteed" or "bot" may experience drops at any time. Delivery speeds are estimated averages.
• Prohibited Content: Orders related to adult content, gambling, illegal services, or violence will be canceled without refund.

3. Refill Policy

Refill requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Profiles must remain Public during the entire refill period.
• Refill is only valid if the current count is lower than: Start Count + Ordered Quantity.
• Changing usernames or links after an order voids the refill eligibility.
• Refill options typically appear 24 hours after order completion.

4. Refund & Cancellation

Balances added to ozsm.net are non-refundable.

Refunds to balance are only issued if:

• An order fails due to a system error.
• An order is partially completed.

No refunds for: Follower drops, incorrect links, or private accounts.

By creating an account, you consent to receive promotional emails, service updates, and discount offers. You may opt-out at any time via the "unsubscribe" link or support, though essential service notifications will still be sent.
